WEDDING CEREMONY

There are different ceremony sites to choose from at Theresa's Place. With the expertise of Theresa's Place your wedding will be a wonderful experience. We offer 4 acres of wooded landscape for beautiful pictures, decor to your taste and wedding coordination services.  Theresa's staff is always there to assist you on your special day. 

RECEPTION

Theresa's Place offers unique and custom designed receptions. At our venue we work with our couples and help them design the perfect table setting. The staff also coordinates and attends the reception to make sure everything runs smoothly. Here at Theresa's Place we cover every detail so your special day turns out  perfect and worry free.

Wedding Ceremony

Reception

RECEPTION AMENITIES facility for 4 hours | reception coordination | farmhouse x-back wooden chairs (chair sashes available for rent) | round & rectangle tables with linens (several linen color choices) | custom centerpiece designed for wedding (several options to choose from) | formal dinnerware for wedding party | gift table | sign in table | easle | serving table, chafing dishes, in-house warm up kitchen | clean-up | cake cutting

Garden Gazebo or Barn Wedding Ceremony Only

$800

This is a ceremony only at our venue. Event must be booked before noon. It will include all the wedding amenities and is up to 75 guests. Wedding party may come 2 hours before to get ready. $300 deposit to hold your date and will applied to the total. 

Small Reception & Ceremony Package

$4200

This is a package for Friday and Sunday only for 70 guests and under. All the wedding and reception amenities are included with 4 hours of rental time. 4 hours before for wedding party only to get ready. $700 deposit to hold your date and will be applied to your total.

Large Reception & Ceremony Package

$5200

This package includes a wedding ceremony and full reception up to 175 guests. It is 5 hours total for your event. This package includes all the wedding ceremony and reception amenities. 4 hours before for wedding party only to get ready. $700 deposit to hold your date and will be applied to your total.

Additional $200 Add On For Elegant Indoor Wedding

We do provide an elegant indoor wedding package that takes place inside the reception hall. After the ceremony the hall will be reset for the reception. The chairs will be set in rows with an aisle that is outlined with lanterns or decor that matches wedding theme. Indoor weddings are only available with a reception booking only. Also, this is our back up ceremony site if bad weather occurs.

OTHER EVENTS ​You may also book Baby Showers, Family Reunions, Corporate Events, Christmas Parties, Life Celebrations, Birthday Parties, Anniversary Parties, Banquets, and other events at Theresa's Place.
